1819 (February 1st) Folded cover sent from Pittsburgh, USA via Belfast & Dublin to Derby by private ship, uprated from « 1/3 » (Dublin to London) to « 2/4 » London to Derby, showing clear strike of the fancy framed BELFAST/SHIP LETTER in black and tablet SHIP LETTER / DUBLIN ds in red, very fine usage.
