1899 (Jan 6) Cover sent to New York (USA), franked with 2c on 2m first printing, and 3c on 1m third printing, orange-brown, positions 1 and 3 respectively, tied by Puerto Principe cds, transit of Havana and arrival in New York on reverse, whilst creased and tear with edge flaws at top otherwise fine, a most significant rare usage; one of five recorded covers from the third printing; signed Bloch; ex Tows, Robertson and Kouri.
