1870 (Nov 11) Printed matter cover sent to Targu Jui, via Bucharest and Craiova, franked with a 3b violet, Carol I with whiskers, imperforate, four large to very large margins, tied by blue « Ploesti », « P.D. » boxed in blue to front, Bucharest transit and thimble arrival, superb quality, certainly the finest known 3b on printed matter item; signed Heimbüchler; ex Odor (1936).
