1866 Letter forwarded from Caracas via La Guaira sent to Bordeaux, franked with irregular block of three 2 Reales green with zig-zag roulette perforations, cancelled by a « O » postmark, endorsed via England, with hs charge mark « 90 » and accountancy mark « GB/1F60c » to front, a red London cds ‘JA 30’, Paris dated the same day and arrival ‘JA 31’ to the reverse, some faults to cover, however very rare triple local rate franking; cert.
