1922-23, OHEMS: 1m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 10m, 15m, and 50m in horizontal strips of three from the Madagascar UPU specimen ledger, affixed on two ledger sheet fragments and all stamps cancelled “POSTES ET TÉLÉGRAPHES * MADAGASCAR * COLLECTION DE BERNE”, with a red handstamp, the signature of the Madagascar Director of Postes et Télégraphes is affixed, a wonderful and unique showpiece.
