Lot 51265 – Spence 34: 2a square design in black on white wove paper in complete sheet with horizontal row of six

1916 (Sep) New impressions taken from the 1890 stone that contained each design in a row of six, by Perkins, Bacon & Co Ltd, just prior to the defacement of the stone: 2a square design in black on white wove paper in complete sheet with horizontal row of six, crease at top right corner otherwise very fine, thought to be unique in private hands (Spence 34).
