1854-55 4a Blue and Red, second printing (head die II, frame die I), horizontal pair from pos. 9-10 on the sheet (wmk reversed) in an unusual shade combination with pale frame but head towards indigo, neatly cancelled by individual « 1 » numerals of Bombay, and additionally showing part red boxed « Paid » ds at top and part red cds at lower left, faint bend and small marginal scissor cut at SW corner, but a very handsome pair with good to very large margins, exceptionally showing additional wavy line at right and parts of two rosettes at top, a very desirable pair (SG £4’000)
