1908 Quebec Tercentenary set of 8 large die proofs in issued colours (except 20c in more ‘sepia’ than dull brown), final states with die numbers (between F-191 and F-199) and « AMERICAN BANK NOTE CO. OTTAWA » imprints, on India paper (ca.71-76mm x 61-62mm) die-sunk in cards. The 1c to 15c on presentation cards from a book with bevelled corners at right and linen hinge for binding at left (171x107mm), the 1/2c and 20c on full-size cards (230 x 152mm). A very rare and beautiful set in pristine condition
