Brick-red on bluish medium wove paper, pair (position 9-10) with position 9 with variety « WALE » instead of WALES, unused without gum, touched to good margins, the variety is repaired at top left corner and other with surface abrasion at top, tone spots, still of fine appearance and a very rare multiple (SG £5’000+ as normal, error unpriced unused)
