Band of German printed matter/newspaper to Havre, France, franked at a printed matter rate few months after Brazil entered the UPU, with 1876-77 20r red lilac, three examples, each tied by ‘1’ cork cancels (Ayres PA 1866) with framed ‘P.D.’ and arrival cds in red at top, an exceedingly rare usage.Catalogue ref: Scott 62
