1930 Salvaged mail sent registered from New Zealand to Germany, recovered from the ‘SS TAHITI’, most salvaged mail was treated in America, however this cover was treated in London with a cachet reading « DAMAGED BY/SEA WATER » and scarce, comes with private photos from an earlier voyage on the SS Tahiti Vente aux enchères
