1918-22 5s Green & Carmine-Red on pale yellow chalk-surfaced paper mint hr with INVERTED WATERMARK variety and « BREAK IN SCROLL » variety, from the third printing (1921), very fine and very rare, one of only three examples of the plate flaw possible with inverted watermark, cert.
