1897-95 « Stamp Duty » recess printed £25 bluish green, £50 dark violet and £100 aniline crimson with manuscript « Specimen », each with varying amounts of gum, the £100 still with nearly all the selvedge with some reinforcement, some thins, fresh colour and very rare high value specimens with only a small number recorded, each cert.
