1867-80 10d Red-Brown pl.2 ABNORMAL issue, lettered OD (without wing margin) showing the « abnormal official perforation » produced only at Somerset House (see footnote after J63 in the Specialised Vol.1 catalogue) neatly cancelled by a crisp London SW numeral, small central thin above watermark and a few slightly trimmed perfs, nevertheless examples with such a fine colour and crisp cancellations leaving both plate numbers clearly visible are of the utmost rarity, cert.
