PORTUGAL: 1928 (May 24) THIRD DAY: Envelope franked with 40c tied by North Mobile Post Office cds, not franked with the obligatory 1928 Olympic 15c and hence franked with the Olympic 30c postage due on the reverse on arrival in Porto the next day (25th), some minor soiling to the stamp, very rare
Note: These 15c stamp was obligatory for 3 days from May 22-24 in 1928
