Highlights including 1909 lions genuine mint to 10k with further used incl. 5kr and 20kr used on large part document, 1911-21 Ahmad Shah issue studied in detail with perfs and dimensions categorised incl. perf. 11.5×12 tall portrait 4k mint (Scott #496b), 1911 Relais ovpts on lions complete mint (#516/519) and on Ahmad 2c, 3c and 6c used (#520/522), 1911 official ovpts to 2k mint, 1915 ‘1333’ ovpt set mint (#543/549), etc, followed by the scarce 1917 Kermanshah surcharge 24c on 1k used (#587), 1917 6c on 12c(#600) single usage on cover from Tauris to Sultanabad, first surcharges of 1918 mint (#610/603), etc. Then the1922 ‘controle’ ovpts with many attractive covers, 1924-25 Ahmad set incl. kran values in lower margin imprint mnhpairs, etc, through to the 1926-27 Reza Shah with 1k imperf between stamp and margin, 2k mint (#734) and specimens, 1933-34 5r mint (#785), 1937 10k mint (#855), as well as an excellent range of airmail covers of the1930s including one bearing the 1t ultra and rose ‘Postes Iraniennes’ (#815), etc. There is much more here to investigate, a close viewing much recommended (100s)
