Vidin : 1873 Postal Money Order form dated ’24 Mayıs 1289 = 5 June 1873′ in manuscript, annotated for 129125 gold coins and 126000 silver coins sent from Vidin to the Ministry of Finance in Constantinople showing fine and rare all Arabic negative with Crescent type ‘Postahane-i Vidin 1278’ ( Post Office Vidin 1861) handstamp in greenish black (Coles & Walker fig.87) , on top of the form also showing extremely rare all Arabic negative ‘Emanet-i Muntazıri Seyyar’ seal (Bayindir fig.1),
