1869 Prince Carol I, Vertical BISECT of 10b Blue tied to « Recipisa de priimire » by Bolgrad ornamented cds (27/), dated 1871 and with ms No. « 71 » thus second on the Heimbuchler list of 30 or so Bolgrad bisects (pg. 298), large margins, small part of form missing at left, else very fine. Signed Odor and part of the famous Odor find of bisects (see Heimbüchler pg. 288)
