1858 Large cover a vertical strip of three and four of the 1858 30k carmine & red, first printing on thick paper, tied by « 1 » dotted ovals, paying 1.80r rate from St. Petersburg to « His Excellency The Honourable Commandant of the District Voronezh », from the « Deputy Adjutant Count Lewaschov, through the Chancellery of the Military Governor », reverse with boxed St. Petersburg railway station ds, some reparation and one stamp with a closed tear not detracting for this showpiece Catalogue ref: 4
