1913 “OFFICIAL” 5m rose, S.G.O79, single in combination with 1893-1914 Official ‘No Value’ chestnut used on a large O.H.M.S. envelope from Alexandria, Ports and Lighthouse Department cachet in blue at the left, small handstruck straight line ‘Registered’ in blue; the area with the stamps has been cut out and expertly restored Catalogue ref: O1+O5
