1904 7k Stationery envelope uprated with Arms stamps to value of 89k to pay fee for insured sending of 300 roubles from TIEHLINH, Manchuria, to YUKHNOV, Russia, stamps cancelled: TELIN’/1/FIELD TELEGRAPH BRANCH PRIAMUR DISTRICT 5 XI 1904, boxed cachet alongside with ‘329’ inserted by hand and label: RESERVE FIELD POST OFFICE No. 10. Part wax seals on reverse. Cover marginally reduced at top. This cover confirms the location of No. 10 Field Post Office at Tiehling. The office was closed when the Japanese entered Tiehling in March 1905.
