1902 Decorative card registered to Finland with dateline « SIN-MIN-TIN » South Manchuria 30 1 1902 franked 1k (2), 2 other stamps removed, cancelled No. 22/1/FIELD POST OFFICE 4 II 1902 cds’s in blue, registration label with same inscription as canceller alongside, transit marks of Moscow/Nikolaevsk Railway Station and St Petersburg. A temporary Field Post Office was opened in Sin-Min-Tin , SW of Mukden, from August 1901 to September 1902, hitherto doubtfully designated No. 22. This card is the first recorded item of mail from Sim-Min-Tin and confirms the allocation of No. 22 to this office.
