1937 FRENCH ESSAY of the 1s Lyrebird in complete sheets of 50, one in blue and one in red, differing in size, particularly height, comb perf.13 on unwatermarked paper, with « Australia » and « One Shilling » scored out, dated 15.6.37, printed by the French Bureau of Engraving, these sheets have resided with a family of the printer ever since, probably unique Vente aux enchères
