Unissued 100m value, artist’s drawing for proposed official FDC showing plate block in magenta and pink, control n° « 00000 » and slug, with cachet in blue pencil as well, on cream paper backed with thick card, « addressed » to artist Otto Wallish and signed by him at bottom right (both in Hebrew), probably UNIQUE, very fine, 2001 cert.
