URGA: 1909 Native cover sent to Kalgan franked with strip of three Russia Arms 7k « KITAI », tied by Urga 7.12.09 type 6 cds, with Kalgan type 3 arrival cds on reverse, fine and rare usage of these overprinted stamps that were not for sale in the Mongolian Offices.
Provenance: Ex Tolman 库伦:1909年寄张家口封,贴俄国客邮7戈比横三联,销库伦6型圆戳(1909.12.7),及销张家口3型到达戳,中上品及罕见的俄国客邮7戈比使用封,当时蒙古邮票并未出售
