After a long week of auctions, the hard work continues for the David Feldman team as we process all the after auction queries and requests and pack up the purchases of over 700 different buyers.

The auction was a great success and we’d like to thank everyone who participated, whether you were successful this time or not.

Some of the major highlights from the auction week are illustrated below ▼

In general the results show the market is buoyant, and in particular we saw intense bidding on areas such as Egypt, Persia (with one lot receiving 53 bids!), Indian States (which saw 90% of the lots sell for a total of double their estimate), French Liberation, China in particular the PRC, and of course the Michel Houde of Bangkok B overprints with covers offered on the open market for the first time ever.

Work on our November 18th-22nd Autumn Auction Series is already underway with significant consignments of France, Switzerland, Indian States, Great Britain and British Empire already being described.

We are always looking for more material to compliment our offerings so please contact us if you want to take advantage of our services for selling your philatelic treasures. Our philatelists are constantly traveling the world picking up consignments and you can see our travel schedule in our calendar.
