French Post Office in Galatz, Romania 1867: France laureated 40 c. orange with tiny perforation faults, used on 1868 entire letter to Constantinople, Turkey; tied by « 5085 » gros chiffres, pearled « GALATZ / MOLDAVIE » cds (Nov 14) and framed « PD » all in blue. French P.O. in Constantinople arrival on reverse (Nov 17). Small faults, but a rare usage. Yvert = €1000+
