1854 (13 Nov) entire to London franked Second printing 10c greenish black in vertical strip of three, fine large margins all round tied by nine bar cancels, entire endorsed « via Ostende » at top and « franco Ostende » at base, cds at base and erased framed PD top left, the stamps lifted for inspection and re-attached by hinge, ex Dupont; a fine and rare item to England.
