1906 KEVII wmk multi CA 3d black and sage-green in mint n.h. vertical lower right corner pair showing a ‘ghosting’ of the frame, particularly noticeable to the right of the word ‘TRANSVAAL’ on the lower stamp, very similar to a 3d illustrated and reported in the June 1951 issue of the SA Philatelist where it was described as a ‘double print’, very fine and most unusual.
