1895-99 « Arms » set of 6 to 18c, two sets each overprinted « SPECIMEN », the first set mounted on album page pieces almost certainly from the Natal P.O. Archive, the 2c to 4c and 18c all showing identical « M » flaw with dot in-between, the second set with large part o.g. and showing lovely fresh colour, very fine; ex « Port Louis » (S.G. £150 for a set).Catalogue ref: S.G. 127s-132s
