1916 Turkish Fiscal 1/d on 20pa tied on envelope to England along with 1916 wove paper 1/2d by « S / 14 MY / 16 » crayon circular datestamp and on arrival with London « RECEIVED FROM H.M. SHIP / NO CHARGE TO BE RAISED » machine ds, blue crayon censor marking at left, slightly roughly opened on reverse backflap and some minor staining, an exceedingly rare usage of this overprinted Turkish Fiscal with only one used single and three covers or cover fronts recorded; cert.
