1819-46, group of five covers from UK incl. 1819 entire to Corfu bearing unframed Liverpool 206 despatch date stamp, with annotation bottom left « Via Malta/ double only », red manuscript « 3/3 » at triple rate, somewhat unclear arrival with manuscript « 18 » t centre for local charge, some slight faults from horizontal crease, 1840 entire from London to Corfu endorsed « Par Trieste », travelling through France, 1845 and 1846 covers from Worcester to Corfu the first endorsed « not paid » and the latter with red PAID and 1846 Tunbridge Wells to Corfu mourning envelope endorsed « Mediterranean Steamer » and « Via Southampton », good to fine group, plus a cover from UK to USA with contents regarding the crops on the Ionian islands.
