1971 Antarctic Treaty set of four in full mint n.h. sheets of sixty. The Heijtz specialised catalogue states that gutter pairs of the 1½p and 4p values are unknown as full printer’s sheets of sixty were guillotined into sheets of thirty. That catalogue also lists gutter pairs of the 5p and 10p at £120 each. These sheets have marginal numbers (all no.51) which normally indicates delivery to the territory. Previously stored in a roll for many years there is some wear at the margins etc., perhaps a touch of gum toning. These are possibly the only set of complete sheets, and the only examples of the 1½p and 4p gutters (S.G. £39 per set as singles = £2’340).
