10 bani ‘Paris’ Issue cancelled by a large subprefecture’s seal of « PLASA AMERADIA DIST. DOLJIU » and coat of arms, manuscript date « 28/3 » on rural cover sent to Craiova, arrival cds on reverse from the same day. Due to rate and date, the cover was sent between 1873-1876. Upper right tooth missing from the stamp, but a very scarce and unusual non postal cancellation from this period. Fine, rare.
