20 parale on thin white paper, a beautiful item from a worn stone showing the brush retouch around the head. On cover from Turnu Severin 5/7 (1867) to Bucharest, arrival 11/7. K. Dragomir states that only 5’912 stamps were used there in 1867. A beautiful item for the student of the issue. Catalogue ref: Mi. 16y
