1865 Cover front/ letter fragment bearing the scarce C3 Porto handstamp and DR64 « drapery »/ »curtain » postmark of Iasi; sent to Mihaileni and returned as the recipient refused to pay the postage of 10 lei and 20 parale. The item bears five different postmarks of Iasi (7/2 & 24/2), Dorohoi (10/2), Mihaileni (10/2 & 21/2), three on reverse. Some creases, fine condition. Rare.
