1862-64 Luis I mixed group of unused, used and covers, incl. 5r from type I to type IV with five singles and a block of four, some with original gum (incl. block), couple with small thins, toning on block, all four-margined, 1862 envelope to England with 5r, 10r and 25r on reverse (all four-margined), 5r type II group incl. mint lower right corner marginal (ex Goncalves, cert. Dias which states that there has been repainting), vertical strip of three (stained), used vert. pair (just touched, creased), used single, plus piece with 5r, 10r and 25r (mixed margins), 25r types V to VII group of 6 covers, all single franking covers sent domestically, with different origins, 50r group incl. one mint part o.g. (small thin, disturbed gum, cert. ISPP), used with six singles and a pair, one with internal tear, a couple toned, all four-margined with better cancels incl. « 51 » of Funchal (2) and « 25 » of Grandola, 100R group of three proofs in red, blue-green and blue (some toning otherwise fine), and 100R group incl. one unused with close to good margins and used with six singles and a strip of four, all four-margined with three top marginal singles, strip of four with large to huge margins and « 57 » numerals of Cabceiras de Bastos (ex Salgado); some imperfections, most fine and a nice lot.
