1874 Unpaid letter sent from Messina to Kerkyra (Sept. 2/14, 1874), via Brindisi (Aug. 31/Sept. 12, 1874). Taxed at the arrival at 130 lepta (handwritten in blue pencil), corresponding to a letter up to 20 grams (double rate, handwritten in blue pencil) transported by Austrian or Italians boats according to the 1864 convention between Greece & Italy and the circulaire of the Director of the Greek Post-offices of Jan. 5, 1865. The 10 & 40 lepta are from the meshed papers printings and the 80 lepta from the consecutive Athens printings. Good to large margins.
