Description
1863 Unpaid letter arrived at Syros (Dec. 10th, 1863) and taxed at the at the domestic rate of 20 lepta for a letter up to 15 grams (« 20 » on red pencil on the front). The stamp is from the consecutive Athens printing (1862/1867).
