1940-1944 A collection of mint multiples and covers/postcards, starting with four British 2d bisect covers (Guernsey Dec 30 1940), 1941 war occupation issues ½ d and 1d on bluish paper with watermark sideways, also one FDC. Larger multiples include ½ d in marginal block of 20, 1d block of 18, 2 ½ d two blocks of 10, with other marginal multiples, all mint unhinged. Jersey 1943 occupation issues complete set in marginal unused no gum blocks of four, also a small range of occupation mail, incl. two philatelic covers with mixed frankings Jersey, Germany, UK, and picture postcards/FDC; a very fine and scarce collection.
