Lot 80284 – 1921 5M green-black and red with inverted centre, mint o.g.

1918, 5 mark greenish black and red, from the war printing, perf 25:17 with inverted centre, mint lightly hinged original gum and very fresh showing full sheet margin at left. The stamp has in supplement a scarce pre-printing paper fold. Only about ten examples of this iconic stamp are known, in this pristine condition it belongs to the finest recorded, as the majority have partial gum or no gum. Michel 60000€ (for a stamp without gum, with gum it should be valued at least at 100000€, the same as used)
