1892-1900, Collection of 8 covers of the 6th and 7th issue (small lions) on 5 exhibition pages, practically all items are unusual to rare, noted 1 x AR registered envelope 50St + 25St of Roustchouk to Saxony, 50St single fkg on reg. envelope of VRATZA to German Empire, a 5St yellow green with black ‘star in circle’ obliterator only (most probably so-called palais mail, by personal messenger delivered and the so useless 5St were cancelled at the palais post office to prevent re-usage, definitely very unusual), etc., also noted 2 beautiful 7th issue covers to Bucarest and London, a very nice quality group
