The letter is endorsed Free 7 C W Turkington and pray let this letter be sent directly to Temple / oge and the manuscript « P 1 » indicates prepayment of the one penny as the letter was not free in the Dublin Penny Post the morning delivery, an unusual and rare usage of the F free marking
