1822 (18.3) Folded letter sheet from Philipstown to Dublin, showing a superlatively struck WEIGHT * ABOVE PRIVILEGE fancy handstamp in red, endorsed with the signature of V Bennett with manuscript 1 3/4ozs and overstruck by inspectors Crown also in red, an extremely rare showpiece
