Description
1854-1946 collection on stocksheets, with used 1854 imperfs comprising 1/2a x 10 and 1a x 6, with mint issues thereafter which, though comprehensive in scope, tend to be in poor condition (without gum, toned gum etc). Some scarce items noted though, including 1855 4a black and 8a carmine, 1856 issues incl 2a yellow, 4a orange and 8a carmine (both shades), also the 1865 set. 1866 6a (2) and SG O15 (used), with an attractive group of mint blocks incl 1876 6a, 1882 3a, 4a and 12a, each in block of 6. 1902 and both GV sets to 25r, 1937 with 2 x 25r (both fine), 1909 25r SG O72 etc. Despite the condition issues, a worthwhile lot, representing good value.
