1876-84 CC 1d blue, pair and bisect all tied on fragment by barred oval strikes « B27 » of Quittah, unusual and a very rare bisect usage; cert. Sismondo (2021) who states that the use of the bisected penny stamp was authorised in 1877 to 1878 and again 1882 to 1884.
