Cover from Leghorn to Philadelphia, bearing 1851 9cr pair, cut slightly into on two sides, and well margined 1857 2cr, paying most of the journey to the port of disembarkation (1.5.1857 Convention), each used with « P.D » hs, with « Livorno » dispatch ds at left, red French entry and 15 cents New York circular hs at right, the latter also tying the franking; a scarce transatlantic mail.
