Novomoskovsk: 1896 Envelope cover to Kharkov, franked on back with local 3k black and rose, imperforate at the top, cancelled by faint violet « Zemskaya Pochta » handstamp, in combination with Imperial Eagle 7k on front tied by Novomoskovsk cds, with Kharkov arrival cds on back, very fine and extremely rare, one of only 9 covers recorded from this Zemstvo, ex Dr Nikitin and « Nikolai » (Ch. 1).
