1913 Romanov Tercentenary 15k frame only final die proof in pale brown with double print (one albino), showing printing plate pinholes with the names of designer and engraver beneath the picture, thins at foot otherwise fine. Possibly from Tsar collection sold by R. Lowe auction in 1935 – Lot 16 described as “ 15 kopeks: Five die proofs of the frame in shades of grey-brown” published in the Yamschik-Post Rider 1983, No 12, page 14. Vente aux enchères
