1858 1d blue, clearly to mostly ample margins, cancelled by dotted « PASCO » hs on 24.7.1859 cover to Lima, showing two attractive strikes of fancy framed « PASCO » hs alongside, charged with 1 real in manuscript on delivery, very fine.
